When we started looking for our new home, we quickly learned there are many beautiful houses on the market all with great features but there was no such thing as the “perfect house”. In fact, the home we purchased at Pebble Brook we bought knowing that we wanted to bust out a wall and expand a room as soon as possible after we moved in. We had looked at homes in other developments that would not have required this but the deciding factor was the overall environment of the community that Dean was developing. We were the first family to move into Pebble Brook and at that time there was a lot of work to complete the plan for the community that Dean had envisioned.
